Who We Are
They say everything is bigger in Texas. The alumni association for The University of Texas is no exception. More than 570,000 living alumni make up the most powerful alumni networks on the planet—the Texas Exes! Since our founding in 1885, we've been focused on being a passionate voice for the university and helping the Longhorns who need us most. Whether through scholarships, legislative advocacy, networking, or just plain fun, it wouldn't be Texas without the Exes.
What We’re Fundraising For
- Area of Greatest Need – Giving here allows us the flexibility to apply your gift where it has the most immediate impact.
- Forty Acres Scholars Program – Inspire and nurture the visionary leaders of the future by supporting the Forty Acres Scholars Program, the premier full-ride, merit-based scholarship program at The University of Texas at Austin.
- General Scholarship Fund –Allow us the flexibility to apply your gift to the scholarship area that needs it most by making a gift to the Texas Exes General Scholarship Fund.
- Retired Faculty and Staff Association - Gifts to RFSA help fund scholarships to deserving UT students. Recipients are selected based on merit and financial need. (the steps to make your gift are below!)
- Student Programming – Help us enrich the student experience through programming like Camp Texas, Orange and White Welcome, the UT Ring, and the Great Texas Exit.
