Who We Are

Dell Medical School is rethinking the role of academic medicine in improving health — and is doing so with a unique focus on our community. This 40 for Forty, Dell Medical School is excited to celebrate the arrival of our new dean, Claudia Lucchinetti, M.D. With Dean Lucchinetti’s arrival, we are ushering in a new chapter in our mission to build a world-class integrated academic health system upon the foundation of The University of Texas at Austin. 


What We’re Fundraising For

Health care needs to be better — for everyone — and Dell Medical School and Dean Lucchinetti are leading the way. Philanthropy is the catalyst that helps us transform health in our community. Your support is vital to our mission.

Health care is becoming less affordable, more fragmented and less equitable, amid the opportunities created by a rapid acceleration of digital capabilities and new technologies. Dell Med is uniquely positioned to respond nimbly to these changes and challenges.
