Center for Global Business

Who We Are

The Center for Global Business is crafting the next generation of global leaders. We advance global business acumen and engagement at McCombs and UT through academic and experiential programs. We also support students pursuing International Business coursework and experience through academic advising, alumni mentorship, and career support.

We are constantly working to offer:

New and evolving academic coursework.
Increased access to experiential learning opportunities.
Better services and support for students during their time at UT.
Enhanced connections to UT for our alumni.

Why We’re Fundraising

Getting more UT students prepared to lead in the global business environment. That is our goal.

The Center for Global Business at the McCombs School of Business recently received a generous new endowment from UT graduate Ray Brimble, The Brimble Global Impact Endowment. In order to have an even bigger impact and reach even more students, we now want to raise $5 million by 2025 for The Brimble Global Impact Endowment– and we need your help in order to achieve this goal!

The Brimble Global Impact Endowment will allow the Center for Global Business to increase its reach and offer global skills and knowledge to all UT students.

Specifically, this endowment supports the Center’s core priorities by:

Unlocking the Potential of Our Students: Contributions help us increase the courses, services, expert speakers, mentors, and international experiences available to our students.
Engaging Global Alumni: Contributions help us reach more global alumni with new and innovative programs, while increasing our students’ exposure to this outstanding resource.
Increasing Global Impact: Contributions help us reach a global audience with our mission and message and share the accomplishments of our students, faculty and business school.
Increasing Student Access to International Experience: Contributions support our work to ensure that students from all financial backgrounds have access to international experience.
