The Moody College includes five departments and schools in the areas of advertising and public relations, communication sciences and disorders, communication studies, journalism, and radio-television-film. Each program has outstanding faculty who are among the leaders in their respective fields, dedicated staff who help our programs run effectively and efficiently, and talented and diverse students representing all areas of communication. Another strength of the Moody College is our numerous cutting-edge centers, institutes, labs, and programs that span issues ranging from health communication to video game development to stuttering. In addition, we are the proud home of two public radio stations, KUT and KUTX, and Texas Student Media, which includes The Daily Texan and four other student-led media outlets. Taken together, the Moody College offers a unique, convergent experience where students, faculty, communities, and industry professionals can work together on theory-driven research, applied learning experiences, and real-world communication challenges.
