Please help the UT Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Club to raise money to better equip our players with the resources that are needed to continue to be an elite recreational sports club. We are a caring group of women that are split into two teams—Melee and Mayhem—both which foster life long friendships and a passion for pushing each other to be the best that we can be.
MELEE is our A team and they travel across the nation representing UT. The have qualified for nationals for the past 4 years in a row and hope to continue to do so this coming spring.
MAYHEM is our B team. They travel mostly in Texas representing UT-Austin and they are built are building a strong foundation in teamwork and learning the ropes of the game.
CENTEX
Every year in the spring the club hosts one of the largest Women’s College Tournaments in the country. This year the event attracted 40 women’s teams from across the country to the UT IM fields. The event is always a large success and we love to bring women’s ultimate teams from across the country to show them what amazing things that Austin has to offer. It is our big project for the year and the club spends the majority of the time making sure that we have the funds and the resources to keep the tournament running smoothly and it continues to be a high level tournament respected across the division. In the spirit of competition we also host a dance off with the teams and it is a fun way to recap Saturday of tournament play.
All in all the club is an expensive organization to run with jerseys, tournament fees, rental cars and hotels to pay for each year. With your support we can continue to keep most of these costs off of the players and allow them to enjoy the sport of ultimate each year without too much financial burden.
