Texas Gymnastics is a student led organization that welcomes gymnasts from all backgrounds and experience levels. We offer two teams: Recreational and Competitive. Any affiliate of The University of Texas at Austin has the option of being on either team. We are a sponsored UT RecSports Club team that competes in the Texas Gymnastics Conference and the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs. Both teams, as well as Texas Gymnastics alumni, train four days per week at Austin Gymnastics Club.

We fundraise to finance the large costs that come with the sport of gymnastics – facility fees, meet entrance fees, hotels, NAIGC Nationals, and other expenses. Our biggest fundraising initiative is Flips for Tips (FFT). If we’re not at Longhorn football tailgates around campus, we are doings flips and other gymnastics skills at the intersection of 183 and 360! We love to show the Austin community that UT Austin has a gymnastics team and that our club is willing to work very hard in order to keep our organization successful. In addition to FFT, we also sell Texas Gymnastics apparel and we host an annual meet in Austin at Austin Gymnastics Club.
