We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in the 2024 40 Hours for the Forty Acres campaign. Your support makes a significant impact at The University of Texas at Austin, and we are grateful for your dedication and partnership. As we look ahead, we want to share some important updates.

Over the next few months, the 40 for Forty site will undergo maintenance as we transition to a new and improved online platform. During this period, our team is working to ensure that the new platform will offer a seamless and enhanced experience for all participants.

These improvements are taking place as part of a wider initiative to enhance the overall digital experience for the UT Austin community, but it will take time to successfully implement these updates. For that reason, this year's 40 Hours for the Forty Acres event will take place Wednesday, May 7 and Thursday, May 8.

We understand this may be a bit later than many are accustomed to and that the experience may be different than in previous years. However, we know these vital investments now will position us to better help groups fundraise for the numerous meaningful areas across campus in the future. Thank you in advance for your flexibility and patience during this transition.

We look forward to sharing more about resources, timing, how your group can participate and many more details in the near future. We appreciate your patience as we work towards creating a fresh, exciting look and experience for our annual giving day. Stay tuned!
